Background
Nestled in Truckee, California, just five miles from Donner Lake and a scenic 15-mile drive from Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Donner encompasses a vibrant recreational homeowner community with over 25,000 members. The association oversees various recreational facilities and programs, including a premier downhill and cross-country ski area, two renowned restaurants, a championship golf course, an equestrian center, and a campground, all of which are open to both members and the public.
Furthermore, Tahoe Donner manages exclusive amenities reserved for property owners and their guests, such as tennis courts, hiking trails, playgrounds, pools, a beach club marina on Donner Lake, and a fitness center.
